Clay County Collaborative

Since 1997, Clay County Collaborative has worked to bring community partners together to develop and coordinate programs and supports to address the challenges that face children from birth to 21 years of age and their families. Over the past 20+ years, our efforts have assisted in reducing child abuse and neglect, teenage pregnancy, and truancy in Clay County.

Our goal is to encourage healthy homelives in order to reduce out-of-home placement of area children. Together, our partners identify the ever-changing needs of at-risk youth, render changes within our organizations to streamline access to resources and services, and assist families in utilizing this system of care. Services that are easily navigated are more likely to be utilized and benefited from; this is key in strengthening families so that they might best nurture the children in their care and prepare them to live happy, successful lives.
